Sean and Albin at the Trek store on Rte 59 in Naperville are the BEST! They are FIRST CLASS and go the EXTRA MILE. My wife and I have purchased both a regular Trek bike and an Electric Trek bike. They are OUTSTANDING products and have EXCELLENT service!

Great products and most importantly, great service.
Very knowledgeable, professional and easy process. Explained things well and helped me customize a bike the way I wanted it, with a different front sprocket, pedals and tires.
I find bike and I wanna buy it! I put in money down and waiting for my order in a midtime. I find out that particular bike. It’s $500 cheaper everywhere else. I asked can you guys match the price with everybody else? They told me no.
Staff isnt really knowledgable of the products they sell. Couple of their sales people gave me wrong info on a bike rack they carry...Also, service dept scratched my new paid for bike while installing an accessrory...no care whatsoever on the work they do. I asked for a damaged discount but refused coz he said its not convenient for them to do so. Instead ordered theyll order a new bike from trek with no clear ETA (wanted me to wait for who knows how long when i couldve walked outta there with a new bike had they took care installing accessory)...terrible customer service theyre not in the business of pleasing customers. Theres plenty other bike stores out there...dont waste your time and moeny, skip this one.

Trek of Downers Grove is a quality business you can trust. I have been going there for the last 15 years at least and have purchased several bikes from them. They also have a great service department. Their prices for service are very reasonable, and the service technician are top notch. I would highly recommend Trek of Downers Grove. Thanks Guys!!
