The level 2 service seems like a complete waste of money. The drive train was not cleaned at all. It is exactly the same as when I dropped the bike off. The front wheel was not aligned. It is still a little wobbly, exactly the same as when I dropped the bike off. This makes me wonder if anything at all was done as part of this level 2 service. I would hesitate to request service in the future.
Trek of Naperville has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I had a very pleasant experience at the store. The sales guys were very knowledgeable, informative and took their time to help me with my bike purchase and my many questions. They had the bike put together and ready for pick-up within a week, and even were able to accommodate a small modification to the bike right at the store before I checked out. I highly recommend this location.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I wish the selection was a bit larger, but I feel Trek carries the best stuff, and that's what I want.
