Used DG Trek for an annual Winter tuneup of my Xcaliber 7 MTB. Adjusted brakes, gears and cleaned everything. Also saw and recommended new gear chain was very worn which was causing frustrating accidental shifting this past season. Highly recommend their service work...Mike

Well, I like the staff and specifically Naperville Trek’s service people or techs. They are knowledgeable, kind, patient and always willing to help.
Trek’s product line and bikes are definitely not what they used to be and I think with Diamondback, I get much more for my money when I select the mid-range bikes. Overall the quality of accessories and bike components (i.e. shifters, brake handles) has been lacking, and the only reason why I really still own a Trek is the convenience of the store and quality of service, and maybe for sentimental reasons the Wisconsin connection. I think Trek can do much better in design and upgraded components.
