It was great service and if a family member really needed their bike repaired I'd suggest it. However, if it were something I think could be repaired with a little bit of struggle I'd probably tell them to repair it themselves as it was a little pricey.
Everyone at the store is very friendly and helpful when I go in.

I did a bike fitting at the store. Sean was great and took the time to understand how I wanted to feel on the bike and got all the settings dialed in. They have great equipment to achieve the perfect fit. Highly recommend!

The store is nice and the staff was friendly enough. I was not asked to buy any accessories AKA a kick stand or a water bottle station. I have never purchased a bike and the bike was a gift to my husband. I was not aware that I needed to buy a kickstand. The Trek wasnt cheap and I should've been asked if I wanted any accessories.

The most valuable thing I have found at your store is your employees. They are helpful patient efficient and knowledgeable. No matter how dumb my question they answer it with respect.
Top notch service. All of our questions about the Marlin series were answered. We walked out with a Marlin 4 on Sunday August 10th.
