The service at TREK of Naperville is very good and my bike comes back from maintenance in great form every time. The people there are knowledgeable, helpful with questions and friendly. And I love my TREK bikes! I’d recommend TREK to anyone looking for a high quality bike that will last for a very long time if well taken care of.
I recently wanted to get back into biking so I stopped by my local Trek store because I used to own a Trek years ago. I really didn't expect to buy a bike that day because I was just beginning to look. But I was so impressed with Trek bikes, and especially the sales staff, that I bought one in less than 30 minutes. I wish I had my salesperson's name because he was so knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy. When I went back to pick up my bike the following week, I had two different salespeople and they were just as friendly and helpful as my first one. I'm sold on Trek bikes and services!

Having my bike serviced here is always a great experience. This technicians know what they are doing. They are very professional. Also the sales team is great as I am in the market to upgrade and the sales person I spoke with was able to provide helpful details regarding the bike models that interested me.
