We went to Trek Downers Grove to discuss Bike rack options. Based on our needs the sales rep showed us two options and discussed the pros and cons of each in great details. We went home to discuss and review the options and came back a week later to select one. The sales rep scheduled a time we could pick up the assembled rack and then demonstrated the rack installation and options on our car.
Amazing service - ordered a bike online for our son. Communication throughout the process was crystal clear and timely. Picking up the bike was a breeze. The bike itself is awesome - easy to use, very high quality, he quickly learned how to use the handle breaks & gears. 100% highly satisfied customer!!

Trek products are of great quality that will last. My girls play hard, so it is nice to know that if anything happens with the bikes I can bring them back and the team can properly assess. Sean was amazing!! Sean did not rush us and throughly answered all of our questions. He made sure my girls were comfortable and made them test out multiple bikes before making a decision. Sean was fantastic to work with, very down to earth, and for a family that is not educated about bikes he did a wonderful job explaining.
