The whole Trek Naperville team has been great and supportive with awesome customer service... In particular Alvin from the service team, has been great help in dealing with my bike issues. He is very knowedgable about bike tech and able to identify issues and solutions fast.

I had a very pleasant experience at the store. The sales guys were very knowledgeable, informative and took their time to help me with my bike purchase and my many questions. They had the bike put together and ready for pick-up within a week, and even were able to accommodate a small modification to the bike right at the store before I checked out. I highly recommend this location.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I wish the selection was a bit larger, but I feel Trek carries the best stuff, and that's what I want.

Brought our bikes in for a basic end of year service. I needed new road shoes for my road bike and did not want to spend a lot of money. Big problem is that my old shoes were so old the cleats were basically obsolete. The staff and the owner took the time to find the shoes within my budget and went through numerous types of cleats to find a set that would work. There wasn't much money to be made but that's not how I was treated, they listened, and I left a happy customer.

Sale person horrible! Had to pull up the website to show the real price of the bicycles. No wiggle room; trying to sell you most profitable items. If they didn't make Trek bikes would not go there. Just awful! Also while dealing with us the Indian sales person ignored us & went to another customer. We were ready to pay, we were already dealing with him, & he couldn't even tell the other guy, "be with you in a minute." Rude, no manners
