Trek of Downers Grove carries a full range of equipment from bikes to accessories to clothing to meet all your cycling needs in one spot. The sales staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The best feature of this store, however, is their service department. Quick and competent repairs keeps you on your bike which is especially important in a part of the country that has a relatively short riding season.

The technician stopped his work and helped me with flat tire information. He answered all my questions, checked my "changed tire" and portable pump and sold me the correct sized inner tubes that I needed. The bike specialists are all very gracious.
This is my 4th Trek bike, a Power Assist E bike. It is the best purchase I have ever made. I can now keep up with my bike group.

Bike shop bikes are made far better and when I need a tune up or need a new part or need a flat tire repaired I know that I can count on going over the Trek to take care of my bike. My first bike from Trek was 1995 and I just rolled out with a new bike the RX 3 in a size small a few days ago and it’s nice and light and fast and easier to ride. My other bike was 8 years old and was a city upright bike and so I could see the big difference. I like the faster smaller model now. This was my 4th or 5th bike from Trek in Downers Grove. And the service is good everyone was helpful and kind when I picked out my new bike and then bought many accessories. Even came back for a few more things today and they were very helpful and I’m happy with my purchase and new bike.
