I always turn to Bike Lane in Springfield for our cycling related needs. The staff there is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They display a thorough knowledge of the bikes and other bike gear that the sell, and they are always timely in the services they provide. You really couldn't ask for more in a local bike shop.

The Bike Lane totally saved us! My son and I were on a 50 mi ride for a Boy Scout Merit Badge requirement, and he got a tire blowout at mile 12.5. We had bought him a cheap bike on the internet to tide him over while he grows so fast, and it was a complete hazard. We walked to TBL, where they dropped everything to replace both tires and tubes, adjusted the brakes, and fine tuned a few things. The service was amazing! It allowed us to make it through the entire ride. We have already ordered a much better replacement bike for him from TBL, and can't wait for it to arrive.
Nice, clean, well stocked store and excellent customer service. I drove over two hours to pick up my new bike at their location. It was well worth it. Would highly recommend The Bike Lane! Thank you!
Service tech listened carefully to the details of the issue with my bike, suggested some options and said he wanted to ride it before reaching a conclusion. I really appreciate his willingness to solve the problem rather than rush to "fix" it.

Tech/Miguel did a great job explaining what was needed to get my bike back in riding shape. He also went the extra step in tracking down a part I needed for my rear brakes. Also, the Sales reps I worked with verrified if the required size I needed was available.
