The transaction at bike lane was very smooth. The staff was friendly upon entry. We needed a bike for my 7 year old. They showed us what would fit himself sat on the bike and we were ready to go. The transaction was quick.
Knowledgeable advice was great! They also delivered the bike after service a lot quicker than I expected. Unknowingly I popped in on a Sunday when the shop is technically closed but they went above and beyond to give me my bike. Thank you!

I went in on 4/20, to get my back tire fixed. He replaced the spokes but now my rear brakes are really loose. I went from the bike lane to my job last night with my cycle loaded. So I took it for the 5 mile ride homelast night around 10. The brakes are really loose compared to how they were before I took it in for maintenance.
Other than that it seems to ride fine. I have a lot of hills so I need to
