The Bike Lane did an fantastic job with my bike maintenance. The technician who looked at it for me was very attentive and thorough. They had it a few days, waiting for a part, but when I got it home, it rode so smoothly, it felt like a new bike. The price was reasonable as well. I am very pleased and will bring my bike there again.

Left my bike for two weeks - I called the day before the promise-by date to confirm it would be ready. Arrived to pick up at around 11 am and they had not started? I left and they called two/three hours later? If it only takes three hours why does it take two weeks?
