I've been riding and racing for 20 years. I've had a lot of experience and relationships with bike shops. In all my history, I have NEVER had a service mechanic fix something for me on the spot, like Tom did at The Bike Lane. He swapped a tubeless tire for me as I grabbed a hot chocolate. Good stuff.
Derrick is a valuable member of the shop, and I consistently find my bikes in excellent mechanical condition upon return.

I came down from Winchester and was able to walk in and immediately get an issue with my bike fixed. The technician did an excellent job at figuring out why my chain was slipping between gears and corrected the issue. This is after I went to a different bike shop closer to my home and they were unable to fix the problem. You guys are the best!
