The rental bikes we received were in excellent condition, smooth shifting and braking. Included with rental was helmets, tool kit, pump, light and lock.
Accept reservations for service. I was continually told my bike would have to sit in the shop for 2 weeks before service would occur so I delayed service for many weeks because I regularly ride my bike for exercise and did not want to be without it for this period. When I eventually brought in the bike, I was again told 2 weeks and then the service was completed in several days.
A staff member greets me when I enter. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to explain everything to me, no rush or impatience. No pushy upsell or oversell.
Went to get flat tire fixed on my old bike which I don't ride very much. Bike mechanic was too aggressive for my taste in trying to sell me a new bike. I will still go here sometimes because it's 5 min from my home.

From my first visit, I became a customer for life. What an awesome concept to have a bike shop, coffee shop, and brewery all in one location! Excellent selection of road gravel and mountain bike, accessories, and bikes.

Ben did an exceptional job helping us find a MTB for my 10yo son. He was super polite and enthusiastic without coming across as over the top, and I feel genuinely wanted to help us find a bike that would last as long as possible as my son continues to grow. We came in asking for an XXS and left with an XS after trying it and an S at his suggestion, I very much appreciate him taking the time to try the other bikes out. It’s my first time buying a bike from here and that kind of customer service will make us a lifetime customer. Big kudos to Ben, it made a lasting impression.

Everyone is so friendly! I really appreciated the support and time that employees took to help me find the perfect bike. I also really appreciated Alex’s help yesterday, he answered my questions and helped me make sure my bike was secure to the back of my car before I drove home. We will be back!
I'm thrilled with my purchase and really appreciate the welcoming, friendly, neighborhood vibe of the entire store. Marc took the time to answer all of my questions when I was thinking about buying an e-bike. He listened to my needs/wants and made suggestions, insisting that I take most of the stock for a test ride. After I'd done some research, narrowed it down to my top two and returned to ask more questions, everyone in the shop offered helpful advice. Thank you!
Great customer service. Really walked me through the whole bike buying process. I went in with an idea of what I wanted, but walked out with a different type of bike entirely. I was really pointed in the right direction and am very satisfied with my experience
