LBS - what else is there?!
Staff are attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.
The Bike Lane is always prompt with repairs and recommendations for service. We bring all of our bikes to the Bike Lane and I would not go anywhere else.
We brought my son's bike in on Saturday May 15 for what seemed like minor repairs, both disc brakes rubbing and front shifter having problems. First repair visit to your place
Repair guy diagnosed it and said it needs a cable and brake rotor. He said it should be ready by Monday or Tuesday, that's 3 to 4 days. Fine. My son needs bike by this Saturday May 22, so it worked out fine.
I called Wednesday and guy on phone says normally repair guys will call when it's done ,kind of pissy attitude but he would check. I said ok we didn't get a call/text but just wanted to check in bc we were told Mon or Tuesday. Then he told us it won't be ready til June 2nd. Long after we were told. Guy on phone didn't seem to care, didn't apologize about any miscommunication, etc..My son still needs bike for Saturday. I get that it's a busy time of year and we dont any expect special treatment and would totally understand, but the fact we were told 3 to 4 days was obviously not true and the "who really cares" attitude of phone guy just was a turnoff. Then when we came to get the bike, it took a long time to find since it was stashed way back in a closet and no one could find it. Another bad feeling we got from your place. There are a lot of options out there and we have shopped there before so going forward , not sure how much business we will do there.

This is the place to be if you need all your biking needs met. I was introduced to Miguel, the technician, who provided me with all the knowledge and guidance to feel confident in getting my riding Journey started. I turned my used bike in for service to him and we discussed all the issues and made it very simple to understand. We discussed the potential price up front and he advised if any changes were needed he would give me a call. I appreciate the professionalism and support. During checkout, I meant another gentleman named MJ. He appeared to be a Team Lead or Manager. He was very congenial and speaking with him made me feel even more comfortable in choosing the right place to get my bike fixed. Thank you The Bike Lane for everything.
