The woman who helped us was fantastic. We had a bike that was given to us that hadn’t been ridden for years. She checked it out right away and told us exactly what we needed. The bike was ready for pick-up later the same day. Couldn’t be happier!!
Everyone was very professional and considerate of my naïveté when it came to bikes. My son just moved to the area and intends to bring his bike over to be serviced very soon. Thanks for a great service, and a great experience.
Able to service quickly.
The bike was ordered to arrive in early April. I never heard back from the store in early April. I started calling in mid April through early June and each time I called the bike was supposed to arrive in two weeks. Once I talked to the owner in late May early June I understood the shipping issues and the service was great when I did pick up the bike. I am am happy with the bike, but I wish the store would have given me periodic updates and explained the reasons for the delay in April. I had a big bike ride planned for Memorial Day weekend that required hotel reservations and multiple family schedules to be adjusted at the last minute due to the delays and the lack of communication. I now understand that some of this was out of the bike lane control, but the communication piece was not.
We never got a call or email that our bike was ready. Maybe this could get automated?

I needed my bike serviced before a trip to Colorado. Because of COVID there was a long delay getting parts. But once the parts arrived, TBL gave me a quick turnaround so that my bike was ready to go when I needed it. Thank you TBL!
Very happy with the product. Gave good input when picking a bike to purchase. They might want to give customers input on timing of when bike will come in. I know that’s time consuming.

I brought my bike in that I hadn't ridden for years for service. My bike was service on the spot and I purchased a safety helmet without any difficulty. The service and assistance at the store was exceptional!
You guys are really kind and generous, but I’ve seen too many bad service jobs on mtbs at the Bike Lane.

I like to ride my bike, but I'm not an expert. Whenever I need something for a particular biking need, I always go to Bike Lane. They always have just what I need and what works. When I wanted something to keep my ears warm in cold weather, they showed me an ear clava. "Are you sure? This thin thing?" I asked. To my surprise, it really did keep my ears warm. When I needed a serious headlight for night riding, they showed me what they recommended. "This little thing?" I asked. But when I used it, it seemed as bright as a car headlight. I always trust Bike Lane for my biking needs.

We have been going to The Bike Lane in Springfield for years, and we have always been happy to support that local business. However, our most recent visit was substandard… Beginning with the service technician who checked us in —she seemed like she could not be bothered. Then we were supposed to get an email detailing recommended service on both bikes… That email didn’t come until we asked for it three days later. Not sure what’s changed at that location, but it’s not trending in the right direction.

The Bike Lane is all about meeting customer needs...not selling you something you don’t need or want! This is my “go to” bike store and has been for well over 10 years now.
