I was impressed with my bike service. I went in thinking I needed a tune up and new tires, but after an honest assessment, I walked out of there with 4 new tires installed and brakes tightened in under 24 hours! The prices were at industry standard but the service was superior.
They did excellent work fixing my bicycle and it was delivered on time. I have been a customer of the bike lane for years starting with the Burke/Springfield store. All my bikes through the years are from the bike lane. This was my first experience with the Reston store and they exceeded my expectations.
The staff is great there. The young man who helped me was awesome.

I bought a Trek Top Fuel 9.7 from your Reston store this weekend. Amazing bike! I kind of feel like I won the 2021 bike inventory lottery.
In particular, Mark was very helpful taking the time to get my bike position set up. The positioning is really a perfect match for my dimensions and very similar to my prior bike (a 29er hardtail). I also chatted with a number of your team members while the bike was being set up, and you have a great team. I have shopped at my neighborhood Alexandria shop for about 30 years, so I was not very familiar with the BikeLane. I will be sure to stop in again soon, maybe in conjunction with a ride at Lake Fairfax. Kind of a dream location for a shop in NOVA, both road and trail accessible. Thanks!
