You stock high quality accessories. I bought a pair of reflective ankle bands from you that are the Rolls-Royce of ankle bands. I bought ankle bands at my local bike shop and those broke after a month.
You had reflective wheel decals. 1. Made in Canada!! Good show!! 2. I did not have to shop at Amazon to get them.
Great shop. Always happy to support local business
Professional and friendly
Always the best. Friendly, helpful, affordable.
Your service is always helpful and never judgmental. Other quality bike shops are intimidating for someone trying to get into the sport
I’ve liked sweet Pete’s since taking a mechanics class there. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest.
I have decided to cancel the scheduled work on my bike due to the ambiguity around the labour involved.
After breaking my carbon base bar and sourcing the part on a trip to the UK, it was now time to install it.
Originally, what I understood to be 2-3 hours (from Shawn) now sounds like it could take up to a full day due to the complexity of my foreign bike and its components.
When I asked for a time cap, he then told me 4-6 hours at $100/hour.
Maybe I just assumed that since you are a GIANT shop and have worked specifically on my bike, that I could get a better idea, but I now understand why. As you mentioned, you don’t see many of these bikes (tri), the reason you suggested EnduroSport I guess…
After spending $1800 to have my entire Di2 replaced at this exact same shop, where similar parts had to be removed, I would expect more confidence from the shop. Confidence they can handle my bike, and confidence they know how long it could take.
2-3 hours…then 4-6 is just too unacceptable, sorry.
I’ve been treated poorly by more shops than I can count, and I’m slowly narrowing it down to the 1-2 shops I choose to do business with. Unfortunately this will be my last time at Sweet Pete’s. Big up to Brent who has been extremely helpful in the past, too bad the customer service is not on par.
Prompt, friendly, helpful service. Good price. Accommodating salespersons.
Great same day service. Thanks!
Very friendly and nice service.
Good service
Selection, prices, and service
Encourage your younger staff to take moment to listen to the customer upon service intake. Encourage them to ask questions and ensure that they have all the required information about the issue. Your staff are great, but the younger members just need to know what questions to ask and how to listen to the answers. Thanks.
Great products, knowledgeable (and skilled) staff.
prompt service, friendly staff.
Great service!
Excellent service…prompt delivery and best value on the market
The prices for service are very reasonable. You carry a good selection of brands, sizes, styles, etc. But mostly Iove your team! Everyone is helpful, friendly, and inclusive.
The sales person was great..no complaints there’s. the store location is very hard to get to with no parking anywhere. After spending $15000.00 on a bike I thought I would get a little more custom service going over the bike with me then “here’s your bike” send me on my way. No manual no instructions on how to setup bike. When I bought my Cube Ebike the owner spent 45 min with me and followed up a week later to see how it was going. For the drive to get there, no parking and poor customer service I wouldn’t recommend Sweet Pete’s to a up coming bike buyer. $15000 and the sales person couldn’t come to see me???
Great customer service manners
Beyond the products on offer I think the real standout is the customer service. There’s always attentive and clear communication whether online ordering or in-store. The personal notes attached to nice postcards are the icing on the cake. One really feels the appreciation of shopping at a small local outfit. Keep up the great work! :)
Location! It was so difficult to get to your place by car! I'm not kidding-it's the last time I drove on Bloor Street.
I like how reasonable the prices are for the service quality. some shops charge double what petes do for some services.
Terrific customer service from Marshall, great ambiance in the store created by all staff, attention paid to what we were looking for and appropriate suggestions made, and an excellent product in Trek bikes.
Couldn’t have been much better, to be honest.
Good advice on the repairs. Performed. all the repairs that they said they'd do with in the time they stated. Bike is great running order.
we have bought 4-5 bikes from Pete and love their service and knowledge
Pete and Brent are the best
When I walked in and approached the staff at the counter , I was inquiring about bike accessories. the salesman pointed to the wall and didn’t get off his chair to help me with various questions I had . There was very little interest in dealing assisting me . I walked out and bought nothing . Went to Dismount bikes and guys were super friendly . I actually bought a 5,000 gravel bike and 650.00 worth of bike accessories. It’s all about customer service
Order arrived earlier than expected. Thanks for the very fast and smooth transaction!
Tremendous service from a truly dedicated team! They are my go to for bikes, accessories, and tuning!

Great work at fair price
