Broad selection
Incredible help for first time bike shopping for a 10 year old
Excellent selection of bikes including electric pedal-assist bikes. Great bike servicing, installations and tune ups! Was able to get parts ordered and installed to add seat post suspension and handlebar suspension. Plus their computerized sit bone measuring tool is perfect to find the right sized seat for me.
I contacted them for a bicycle part which they couldn't have but they were very friendly and they were responsive and helped me quite a bit over the phone. I wasn't able to get the products that I was looking for there, but I'm certainly happy about the service

I had the best customer service I've had in a long while during my recent visit. Staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful. I was also very glad to have found apparel in plus sizes. Keep it up!

Everyone that helped me was fantastic! The mechanics were knowledgeable and very approachable. They explained everything in a non-judgemental way (hasn’t always been the case for me at various other bike shops). I also had a bike fitting with Mitch and he was amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable, but also felt very comfortable and casual to talk to. He also created a safe space to talk about any and all bike comfort challenges I was having. Incredible experience all around!

Friendly service and attentive staff throughout the store. Staff dug out my preferred Conti Terra Speed 700x40 tires in no time. Jumped back on my bike and headed to work with time to spare.

Our family purchased several gift certificates from Sweet Pete's as part of our daughter's 30th birthday gift to help her purchase a new bike. When John noticed multiple purchases from people with the same last name, he took the time to call us to make sure the transactions were legitimate and not the result of credit card fraud. Once he realized they were genuine purchases from family members, he went above and beyond by arranging a store credit so our daughter could come into the store and choose the perfect bike at her leisure.
We were so impressed with John's thoughtfulness, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. He protected both the business and his customers while making the entire process easy for us. We couldn't recommend Sweet Pete's more highly. Thank you, John!
