Great selection and super friendly and informative staff.
Even tho I’ve never heard of Sweet Pete’s in my life since I live in Montreal, I happen to find myself surprised of the quality of customer service also because I live in Montreal. The transaction I made didn’t work. I found out the next day via a missed call and voice message explaining clearly and in detail what happened and how to fix it. I also had an email with the information which I replied and got answer within the hour. Honestly, I’m extremely weary of scams and think trice before paying online with companies I do not know yet the quality of service was so good I felt I could trust your company. The professionalism speaks volumes, I would shop with Sweet Pete’s again

The bicycle salesperson James, was very thorough and professional in his demeanour. Also very knowledgeable regarding cycling and after not riding for 8 years (pretty much a novice) he got me back in the saddle (no pun intended) and comfortable with purchasing the appropriate bicycle for my needs.
Probably one of the best purchases I have made thanks to James for really stepping up and guiding me through this new chapter in my life. Looking forward to shopping there again.

The sunglasses that I ordered came as advertised. The price was great and it took no time from ordering to receiving them. I was given a heads up as to when they’d be shipped and then they were at my door.

Sales person not very educated on the bikes they sell. It was almost like having a self checkout like at the grocery store. And the bikes come with nothing but a receipt. No documentation on the bike itself (like what kind of front shock and how to maintain or adjust it), no education or safety material.
Like why am I going to the bike shop to buy a bike?
Because I want some sort of added value to the purchase. Sweet Pete's disappointed in this regard. Not just this time, the last few times.
Returning the bike- the check up takes a long time.
But other than that, the bike was great the service too.
