I appreciate that your prices are fair and reasonable. You focus on exactly the services that are needed - nothing unnecessary or extra. Your team shows strong expertise and good judgment, and I always receive clear, helpful information throughout the process.
The service was amazing but it seemed the cost was really high, over $50 for two quick brake adjustments (no new parts).

I've been coming to Sweet Pete's for a long, long time (15 or more years) and I've never had a bad experience. I feel that the staff are helpful without an agenda, meaning I've never felt pressured into buying something. I'm given options and a practical solution to my needs. I'm not a competitive cyclist, and I'm not looking for some mountain trail to conquer - I just ride my (old) bike. And I've never felt that I don't belong at Sweet Pete's. I don't even think about going to another bike shop and this is why I keep coming back.
Thank you to Mitchell for all of his help with my bike today! He was very patient and very kind, I really appreciated that he put my needs first and made suggestions that were the best for my fit. I will definitely be recommending friends and family to this shop, and will be back myself :)
