Highly recommend Sweet Pete’s! There were a few adjustments that needed to be made to my order, but John emailed me to keep me in the loop and ensure I was happy with the updates. Excellent communication and I really appreciated the thoughtful notifications. Thank you very much to John and all the staff at Sweet Pete’s!
The service I have received from Brent is second to none. It is so superior to my local bike shop in Newfoundland, which I have used for 40 years, that I am flying up to Toronto to buy my next bike from Brent and then cycle it home!

I was looking for a smartphone drybag. It would’ve been nice if you had the various sizes in stock so I could have chosen easily the one I need rather than having to take a guess online. Also looking for a cycling rain jacket – there weren’t very many options.

The fist person approached at cash desk asking about a product told me ( a younger Asian guy ) he really didn’t know about product and I should speak to someone in service shop . The woman who rang me up when I found the product was very nice as was the young woman in the service shop . My view is you should have someone at front desk who doesn’t know about products as it give bad first impression.

Customer service is a class act 100%. Happy to purchase what I needed, after consultation to determine that with the knowledgeable, cheerful, personable staff who helped me problem-solve. Great that I was able to have all my questions patiently answered in a manner like Sweet Pete's staff was part of my 'team'.
I'm just sad I don't live in T.O. anymore and am unable to utilize Sweet Pete's repair shop services.
