Things are simple and easy . No upsell. No down talk. No problem recommending somebody who might do the job better. Willing to tell you if something is worth it or needed for your type of riding . And last but not least the staff are friendly and not “ bike jerks/snobs.
I work at SPINNING WHEELS in the 80’s and this is the closest bike store experience like that remaining in this town.

I was at the Bike Blowout this weekend at Exhibition Place and planned to buy my first mountain bike. It was a huge decision but your staff were informative, not pushy at all and in general, I just loved dealing with them! Finally purchased a dual suspension bike after wanting one since I was a kid. You guys were great with being on the ball and keeping me in the loop on the status of my bike order and had great recommendations. Additionally the bike was built very well, everything was even and tightened properly. Lastly, upon pickup the gentlemen who helped me set up the suspension was really helpful and I appreciate the tips. Thanks guys!
