Our sales person was amazing. He listened to all my biking wishes and wants and problems. He asked me my budget and then gave me 2 suggestions and offered me to ride them. Both bikes were suitable but one was a perfect fit and comfort, it's super light weight, in comparison to the bike I was riding. Almost no vibration through the bike into my wrists. I'm so happy with my purchase.

I was very happy with the quick service (half an hour to fix my flat on a Saturday afternoon) and the fact that the service person used an "on sale" tube and saved me money. Also that he drew my attention to concerns about the drive train. No improvements to recommend on this job.

Tuvi (not sure of the spelling) was a fantastic sales rep for me and my husband! He was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I bought a new Trek Dual Sport+ bike. He helped me to find good accessories to go with it and offer a nice discount. Even though my husband ended up not buying a bike, at least he got a feel for the electric bikes available and what he needs to consider. Tuvi was very patient with us, we never felt pressured to make a decision. I greatly appreciate getting included service to install the bike accessories so I wouldn't need to figure out how to do that myself. The store seems to be all about quality bikes, not cheap ones that would fall apart. They're all good, reliable brands. Overall I had a great experience there!
