Helpful staff. Not intimidating. I’m just a regular cyclist commuting in Toronto, not an elite bike racer who needs thousands of dollars to spend on bikes. The staff understand that and are down to earth.
Staff gave good service advice. They checked out my bike and were nice to not charge me because they could not find anything wrong.

Large inventory of the bikes and accessories. I already had a couple of bikes on my mind before I visited the store and inspected a couple of the bikes to finally purchase one that I liked the most. Again, the in-store representatives helped me thoroughly in showing the bikes and accessories.

Really looking out for bike owners safety and best options
Over the last 15 years I have come in for small things - bell, to use the tire pump, bike tune up etc. I was once missing a part for an old chariot and you guys tracked it down in the basement. You could have charged me something but gave it for free. In short, you have always provided great customer service. That is why I decided to buy this last bike at your store as opposed to MEC or some other options that would have been cheaper. I think it's important to have a community bike store.

Reasonably priced parts, fast shipping. The tracking info was a bit delayed but that could be on ups. Overall great experience for time sensitive components. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be doing repeat business
Sweet Pete is my go to place for bike repairs and anything I need for my bike. I'm sorry the Annex location closed - everyone who worked there were great!
What can be said about Sweet Pete's shop, nothing but praise.Had an amazingly informative bike fitment with Mitchell. Then left my bike in their professional hands for seasonal maintenance & some upgrades. Bike came back to me very clean & obviously taken care of by a true professional.

I appreciated that the staff were able to fit me in for an urgent repair the same day I phoned, and then fixed my bike within a couple of hours that day. They diagnosed the problem and corrected it. The charge was very reasonable. The bike is working well now.
I point out that I was supposed to receive a text when the bike was ready, but this didn't happen. Fortunately, I went back to the store to check on its status and found that it was in fact ready.
