Bike Tune-Up - the staff were very communicative and clear. They were helpful when I needed to pick out a new bike seat, and called me to make sure it was ok for them to replace parts. They were up front about pricing and how long things would take. Very professional and dependable. I have always had a good experience with the bike repair staff and recommend Sweet Pete's to friends. I have a friend dropping his bike off on Monday!

i was disapointed to eee your cashier take a phone call from a customer while in the middle of helping me cash out. They could have easily told the customer to hold on for a second im just finishing up with a customer. When he took the call he should have told me sorry just one second and then i would have heard him say that to the customer and it would be no stress... to simply communicate nothing and ignore me in the middle of our interaction is sloppy and unprofessional. This guy needs to learn how to work in retail properly... i know that customer service is dead in 2024 but a guy can dream....

You stock high quality accessories. I bought a pair of reflective ankle bands from you that are the Rolls-Royce of ankle bands. I bought ankle bands at my local bike shop and those broke after a month.
You had reflective wheel decals. 1. Made in Canada!! Good show!! 2. I did not have to shop at Amazon to get them.
