Brent and Mas helped me with my saddle and tune-up issues, and I always felt they had my best interests and satisfaction at heart, above trying to up-sell parts. Communication was clear and timely, and recommendations for other service providers and reference photos supplied were helpful. Service turnover was very fast, and I really appreciate that. I will be back.

I have always had a positve experience with the staff and service.
This time around they let me try out the different sizes of a bike I wanted as much as I needed.
In the end, they even ordered the bike I wanted from the factroy in the color I needed for night time riding.
This is the 3rd bike perchased and I recommended a to a friend who also bought one.

Better provide professional advise to help customers to chose products fitting their needs. Not just another retailer

I love this store, everyone is really nice and helpful. But, yesterday I was told by 2 staff members (girl with long pink nails, and another staff member with a hat on) that I could return bib shorts that had tags on. After I paid, I noticed a sign that said they are final sale, I then asked and I was informed by a male staff member that they are final sale… but I had already paid thinking I could return them if they didn’t fit.

Also, I was confused about the sale, the girl with the long nails working at the front told me the tag price includes sale and tax, but I am not sure that was true and maybe my items were just not part of the sale (which is fine) it just felt like some employees should double check.

But I do really like this store and workers are all very kind, this was just an odd experience. But I will be back to shop again. Just wanted to bring this experience to the attention of management (:
