Great help. Older novice cyclist with older bike. Able to get the tires, brake pads, etc. even though not current. Takes more time every way, but have found all staff talked to had solid answers, took a look at my bike, found answers. No complaints. Can Post shipping works great, buy online is good. So, all options explored, no issues. Happy. Need to ride more. Also bought helmet I like in store.
Friendly and helpful staff. Some bike shops feel intimidating somehow- Sweet Pete’s does not.

The staff are all incredibly knowledgeable about cycling and cycling culture, and I never feel as though they are rushing me out of the store. They’ll take the time to answer questions and explain how products work. My favourite bike shop in TO!
I ordered bidons from Trek for in-store delivery, so I wasn’t really dealing with the shop. However, taking a look around, your selection looked great and the staff interaction was fantastic. Picking up a package allowed me to see it was a fun friendly environment. I’ll be back to shop.
The young man that helped me was amazing. Knowledgeable and super helpful. I broke a pedal and came in 10 minutes before close. He installed the new pedals for me. Great service
First time Client ordering online and was not able to get parts delivered to my parents home address. I live in Mexico most of the year and it’s very difficult to get any parts there so when I come and visit Canada in the summer, I get my parts delivered to my parents house so I can fix the bike and update it, though I understand the promise of protecting a business it was ultimately dissatisfying from my end.
Wonderful and attentive service. So happy with my new bike. Everyone in the process with kind and patience and super informative. Loved my experience of buying a bike from sweet Pete’s.

I went in to pick up some simple, small things for my bike to make my ride smoother, easier. The service was very friendly, helpful and unexpected. They offered to quickly install those items on the spot, which really surprised me. I appreciated it. 10/10
