Bought my bike online a month ago. When I asked questions about the status of my order through e-mail, the response was prompt. Transaction was quick when I picked it up and was offered to have my seat lowered when needed. Will recommend to my friends and family if they are thinking of getting a bike. I will also be back if my bike needs any repairs or parts need replecements. Thanks!

I ordered a product that was supposed to be in stock. It wasn't. I had to ask multiple times for a refund. Too slow in responding to my request for a refund. This took almost two months. Now they are refunding the money, but I am 2 months late to the party. I cannot find a similar product anywhere. Thanks.
Too little, too late. You want to improve: keep a more up to date inventory list.

When I purchased my bike from you, I was told the staff weren’t working from commission so I trusted them more. I appreciated being able to test drive the bikes. It resulted in me purchasing a more expensive one than I had planned and loving the decision. Now I feel quite loyal to the shop and have recommended it often.

The staff are excellent at communicating via email during COVID. If products are out of stock, they will put in stock orders for you for when they come in, and they are very helpful at providing recommendations on like for what you're looking for. In person, they are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are my local bike shop which is why I first went to them, but they have a loyal customer in me because of my many positive interactions with them.
