The bikes are amazing, but combine that with superior customer service and repairs, and you have a truly supportive company at your back!! I purchased both of my bikes from Sweet Pete’s, and have my eye on the third 😉

The team was super helpful. I really appreciate the attention to detail. Well this first bike didn’t fit my body perfectly. I will be back to see if I can find another bike that has better geometry for me. The staff was so good. I would highly recommend your shop to anybody.

Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff with reasonable prices.
With a Last minute urgent request - Mechanic manager and mechanic made time to give me some feedback before and after service; including take a look and make the easier adjustments as opposed to 'leave the bike here we will look at it next week.' Specifically assessed and adjusted repeatedly loosening headset and offered thoughts on design issues; offered some theories on shifting issue. Retail staff were helpful; walked around and discussed products. Washroom for the public is nice too.
Very knowledgeable staff. Brent was excellent with his advice and made me feel right at home and there was no pressure.
