Your place reminds me of the shop I went to in the '80s to buy my first nice bike.

I rented a road bike. Staff provided fit for me that matched my riding style. The bike was prefect for conditions that I was going to use it for. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

I feel really lucky to have so many great bike shops in my neighbourhood: Sweet Petes, Bike Depot, Dismount, Road Off Road—while there's some overlap in each shops inventory and services, each shop has its specialization—but there's one thing they all have in common: friendly vibes and excellent customer service. I've been going to Sweet Pete's for over a decade and I'm always happy to have a reason to visit. (I have more bikes now, but I'm still riding the Kona Dew I bought from Sweet Pete's in 2012—it's my commuter bike!)

In my experience as a Toronto cyclist going to numerous (mostly west end) shops for the last thirty years, yours is the most professional in terms of service.

Given bike rental with no charger.
Battery only lasted 3 hours rental was for 25 hours. Battery is smaller than normal emtb.
Was given a 25% discount but the whole rental ruined my weekend plans I had a huge inconvenience bringing the bike back downtown on bike rack hitch because I couldn't ride it back.

The whole purchase process was very easy. Everyone was great to deal with and the bike is awesome.
Your employees sound distracted and provide wrong info (bike will be done on Wednesday (in 6/7 days) while I was told in 1 day at first. Then I got the message the next day it is done. It's a minor thing and everything is good, but if I had to interact with them every day it would be frustrating.
The staff is knowledgeable about the products good advice when you are either buying or repairing your bike I found A few accessories a bit pricey but hey that’s me
