Most of the experience purchasing the bike was fantastic. but when we went to pick it up the guy in the store made no effort to adjust the seat of the bike or provide any sort of an overview of the features. Nobody was in the store so not sure what was up.

Took a long time to ship (I did have items in the warehouse but did not know there would be a wait time untill after ordering). For what i ordered it wasnt a big deal but a faster turn around, or knowing before ordering, would be nicer.
By comparison I ordered an item from a Vancover bike shop on the same day and time and got that order a 3 days before yours. I'm in Ottawa.

Had an amazing experience there. I had been told previously that I couldn’t do a typical back rack because my bike has a V brake but they found the right part and installed it for me. They give very personalized and thoughtful service.

Brought the bike in for rear disc pads to be replaced. After, found out the levers were pulled without the disc being between them (pads), air bubbles let in (Amateur mistake). This should have been checked before returning the bike. Not making me go to another store to have the brakes bled to rectify the problem.
