Order was refunded and no explanation given. Was waiting for the shipment to come in when noticed a week later that payment was refunded without any notice.
Staff was helpful and understanding but the glitches on the website reporting stock when there was none led to disappointment.

Even though the lock I bought did not work for me your staff facilitated the exchange with ease. You even helped me combine features ( I bought the original kryptonite lock with extension chain ) and you helped me achieve the same result with a different ( better ) lock.

I’ve been told that your staff don’t work off commission which makes me trust them more.
Item orders was not in stock and took 3 plus weeks to get. Website said it was in stock. Would not have a ordered it otherwise.

Make your site bilingual (EN-FR). in Quebec regions, not many people speak english so i could not recommend to my friends that they buy from you. Since you have a QC tax# and perceive QC sales tax, you should offer french site.
