Mitch was amazing!! Found us the bike I wanted and then all the accessories I would need. He’s really knowledgeable and another gentleman there also helped put a bell, cup holder and basket on my new bike. We’d come back! Thank you so much

No reservations about recommending sweet pete's, provided that person asking is not looking for a brand that they don't carry.
I ordered an item from trekbikes.com, which i had the option to pick up from sweet pete's for free vs paying $15 extra to ship to my home. While opening the item, i noticed that it had been shipped to sweet pete's by courier. i live not far from the shop, and if trekbikes can ship there for free, they could just as well ship to my home. just annoyed by how big bike companies play games with customers.

I ordered a good lock from Sweet Pete's - the price was competitive - there was a postal strike in Canada - they delivered it by hand (an employee cycled to my house!)

Did an online order. Order was prepared quickly and the associate was great in getting the order and making sure the helmet fit.
The online customer service rep made a huge difference. I had ordered a wrong item and instead of just cancelling the order, they found the correct item I was looking for, which I was unable to find online.
