Friendly staff and great products
The product I wanted was easy to find and order online. The communication after the order was good and I was excited to pick up my new basket. When I arrived at the store, the staff member I dealt with was friendly and efficient. I was also glad to know that refunds were accepted, although super happy to report that I don't need to return anything.

I like the tire that I purchased it’s continental cross king good quality. I recommend this product.
The bike was good but the customer service was poor. There wasn’t a proper fitting when I purchased the bike, I had to go home and adjust the handle myself. Staff on site at pick up were distant and unfriendly. If the bike I was going to purchase was at another store I would have definitely chosen the other store. I had gone to multiple stores prior to ordering bike online so I had experienced good and bad customer service. I don’t think I will be bringing my bike to be serviced here in the future.

On the website it said free shipping on orders over 100, the main item I bought was around 80 so I added two items to make it over 100. I checked my cart before I paid and it said it was over 100 including tax and didn’t mention anything about paying for shipping so I thought I was safe, then when I checked the bill they charged me for shipping because my items weren’t over 100 BEFORE tax. I would’ve had no problem adding something else to my cart had it shown that I had to pay for shipping with what I had. Also nowhere on my bill before checkout did it show an additional fee for shipping. Again had I known I was going to be charge for shipping I would’ve added something to the cart. There should be some kind of warning letting people know that their order has to be over 100 BEFORE tax, also when paying for the order at checkout it should show the added shipping fee.
