We were very happy about the service received from Rob and his colleagues. We live in the Ottawa region, and contacted them a few times by phone and email before going to the store. Each time, they were very helpful and friendly. Rob replied to my emails promply, and this was greatly appreciated. Once at the store, the great service continued, we received good information and advice which help with our decision to purchase the right bike.
I went for a bike fitting and the staff seemed very knowlegable. They were helpful and provided sound suggestions.
They do a great job at a reasonable price.

The only thing that I would try to improve are the shipping times. 7 - 10 days is a little long, however with the pandemic in mind I did not mind the wait.

Even though I was told a 2-3 day turn around time by bike was ready for pickup the next.
I also appreciated the fact that when it was deemed my bike needed extra work, they called me before proceeding with the repairs. Bike runs great, in some respects better than when I first got it.

Drove to the bike shop to buy the owl bottle holder. Staff were pretty rude and then had to go home and pay $15 to have it shipped to me. Not a great experience so won’t reco.

Quick to respond to my emails and friendly! Buying a fairly entry-level bike has been tough, both in finding one available and also some less than interested, less than friendly service from other stores. I got none of that from Sweet Pete's and am very happy with my new bike.
