Selection. Knowledgeable people.
Josh was very knowledgeable about the equipment I was interested in buying. Had me try several different models and pointed out why one better for me than another. Other staff there greeted me.

At the store, the staff didn't seem to care about helping.
I wanted to order a few items and was looking them up to show the staff member, but he took off and hid.
I ordered online, which went well!
Getting updates about my online order was like pulling teeth.
Overall, I felt like my business was not appreciated.
For the future, I think what would help is better trained staff that show a little enthusiasm for what they do. Maybe they should offer to place an order of something isn't in stock. Perhaps they should help in the selection of the right equipment. Maybe help people feel welcome and appreciated.
In regards to me and my order. I think I've had enough. I just want my order and to carry on with my life.

Prices are reasonable. Fixed the kick stand, replaced the cassette and adjusted the derailer and my bike is running great.
Schellers went above and beyond to find an AC Adapter for my 12 year old carido equipment. They were a real pleasure to work with.
I walked in out of the blue yesterday and needed help replacing a saddle and instruction on tire inflation. The gentleman who helped me was fantastic. Walked me through picking a good saddle and how to install it. He also walked me through the inflation process for my tires. Super helpful. He even offered to install the saddle if I had any trouble. I love the personal service the store provides. Thank you!

John Molnar is probably the best bike mechanic in the Louisville area. As usual, he took care of the issues with my very unusual bicycle.
I've been doing business with you since I moved here 30 years ago, buying numerous bkies for my wife and I and our 3 kids. The Scheller team is ALWAYS helpful, knowedgeable, fast, courteous and efficient - with an easy entrance and exit with out bikes when we need service.

Nice business , the sales associate was very helpful in getting my bike repaired . Upon picking up my bike , there was a mistake in the bill. The mistake ( which was on their end ) was taken care of . I value that and do recommend this business for your cycling and repairs needs.
it was an easy layup sale for the associate. knew what bike style and price range we were looking for when we came in. decided on a bike, didn't get much info or specs on the bike from associate. never explained the lifetime tuneups on the bike and didn't even check to make sure it was in running shape when we made the purchase. felt kinda left out on some details or a welcome back feeling for future services or issues.
