Hands down the best in the business! Chad and Andy Lanier at Scheller's are absolute rockstars. My wife and I refuse to go anywhere else for cycling and home fitness gear. Their customer service and expertise are truly second to none.

Walked in with a tire issue on my road bike. The person who greeted me handled my problem immediately and for a reasonable price. I didn’t expect immediate service, so that was a surprise to be able to have my issue resolved in 10 minutes! Great job!!

I was buying a kuat bike rack and wanted to look at bike also but there store policy requires a drivers license to test ride (which is fine) but also wanted my car keys for collateral. My wife was with me and staying in the store. Just didn’t agree with this. I would have stayed in parking lot area as well. Salesmen were fine. I will just purchase bikes elsewhere

I appreciated how helpful and friendly the team was. They helped diagnose my issue quickly (popped tube). Then, when the first replacement tube I bought popped shortly after being installed, they replaced it with another one at no additional charge.
