Keith was amazing. With his help we found the perfect bike for my 13 year old. It made his birthday! Thanks Keith we will be back very soon!
I commute to Lexington & if I ever need any of my bikes serviced, I bring it in to Scheller's. Best shop I've found with polite, knowledgeable & skilled staff. Prices are reasonable & repairs are to notch!
Your products last for years and years. When help is needed you respond very quickly.
Quicker turnaround time
Could not be more pleased with the bike shop. Thank you.
I live a couple hours away from Lexington in an area where there are no bicycle sales and repair shops so when my daughter recommended Scheller's I brought my bike them. I knew nothing of this Trek bike as it had recently been given to me, and it needed new innertubes and I needed some tutoring on how to use the gears.
The sales folks were very friendly and helpful, explained what was needed to fix the bike and the work was done in a timely manner. When I picked it up, an associate helped me understand the gear system, loaded the bike into my car, showed me how to take the front tire off and how to put it back on when I got home. The best offer he made was to call if I had any questions once I got home.
Getting the tire back on was not a problem, but hooking the front brake cables was, so I called the shop and was graciously given step by step instructions as I was talked through the process. I really appreciate the time and patience given while I learned via phone how to put the brakes back together. Thanks guys!

Not very friendly helpful to a degree should be happier to see the customers you’d think
Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Couldn't ask for more!
Quick and friendly service on my bike.
They were able to find the wheel that matched by rear wheel and fix the rim. They were prompt and notified me as quickly as possible.
Most knowledgeable and friendly bike shop around. They tuned up my new Jamis gravel bike for free bc they have a 90 day from purchase policy, which is great bc you need time to break a new bike in before you see what needs adjusted. They also gave us bike packing locations to try since this will be a new adventure. Also, never try to bleed your own breaks, for your own sanity, just bring it in to these folks. I never feel rushed here or like I’m bothering them. They’re patient and cool, not bike snobs, so even the weekend warriors feel welcome. And they carry some bags from an all women owned shop that make sustainable products that are functional and well made. As a great tiger once said “They’re grrrreat!”

I appreciate the service of Andy, the manager. He is knowledgeable and friendly.
Everyone knows I have no problem driving down from Detroit to buy stuff from Schellers because of John Molnar’s expertise
Evan was my salesman at the Evansville Indiana store. He was dishonest with me. I paid for a new Bowflex 10. I had specifically asked about buying the showroom floor model because he said they had none in stock. He said he could not do that. So when they came to deliver it Monday the delivery guys said they would take it apart. Come to find out it was the one off the showroom floor. Then I called and questioned him about it he just made excuses and lied even more!so I declined to take the treadmill and took a refund.
The staff was knowledgable, made phone calls to confirm details about a product and then kept us up to day with delivery and a walk through.
Great service!
The guy was very knowledgeable and kind. He explained things very clearly from me to be able to understand as i do not have much experience and knowledge of bike repair. He was great answering all my question. My bike was repaired quickly and affordably. Thank you again for the great work!!
Andy was very helpful getting me the bike I wanted, along with the accesories. I knew it would be a good experience as I bought my old bike, a Trek 7.2 15 years prior from Andy, at Schellers on Woodland. Thanks,

The service appointment was excellent!
I brought my bike in for lifetime adjustments warranty, and while I was there, I told the tech that I wanted to see about having Scheller's buy back my LifeSpan treadmill I had bought a couple or three years ago. Todd came out and I showed him my pictures. He could clearly see that it was a LifeSpan treadmill from the pix. He wanted to know my name, and he went into the office. He came back out a few minutes later and told me Scheller's is not interested in buying a LifeSpan treadmill because of yada...yada. He said Scheller's would still service it, or if I sold it to a private party, Scheller's would still move it (for around $100). Now answer me this questions.
Why did he have to go into the office to decide you all weren't buying that brand of treadmill back when he clearly saw it on my pictures? Shouldn't he have already known that fact? I think he went in there to see how much money I have spent there, and when it didn't meet his criteria, he fed me a line of BS!
I have interacted with several employees in that store, and I have always been treated with respect by all of them. Until this one. He was very pompous, and I can't believe Scheller's employs him! Maybe that is why I took it so personally. I was blindsided by him.
Good selection to choose from online.
No pressure sales and very friendly.
love the personalized service!
Yesterday I walked in. Thankful a bike shop in Louisville was open on a Monday morning. Greeted immediately. Awesome bike shop. Service people were top notch. Best thing - I needed a $4 brake cable and the team was just as happy to help me with that vs. buying a $7k MTB. That is service! I'm from out of town and travel with my bike everywhere. Too many times when buying small parts the service matches the price paid. Not here. $4 cable and million dollar service. Keep it up!
The employees are very unusually outstanding !! They take incredible care of the customer -their needs, interests, support, etc. The store in Lexington is so wonderful in this way. the store on Harridsburg rd. in Lexington and the store on Shelbyville Rd. in Louisville are both great because of the employees.
They did an excellent service to help me get my 1972 Schwann 10 speed working. Would highly recommend them
Excellent job. Wish they were open on Sundays. Close on Mondays.
The Schwinn Airodyne fits my needs
Thanks for repair my bicycle & I'm enjoying it.

Friendly and had a sister use her truck to bring Bike in for flat tire and possibly new seat and new hand pump. Fixed me up while I waited and good to go. Told me I could use a tune up. Told very nice bike that was pricey when I bought it but they all need to be looked at from time to time. My question would be do you pick up as I live less than a mile away and fix and then redeliver for a charge?
