When I go to Scheller's Fitness, I think their people are concerned about what is best for me over just making a sale. They answer questions and give options but their concern appears to be around what is best for me.

What I like most about Scheller’s products and services is the combination of quality bikes, honest advice, and outstanding customer service. I’m fairly new to biking and have only been riding about a year, so I’ve really appreciated how patient and helpful the staff has been with me. My old Trek had a lot of miles on it, and after several wrecks, Scheller’s was always able to get me back up and running.
When I came in on Friday, March 6, Jason clearly explained what repairs were needed, which helped me decide to trade in my old bike for a new one. After riding the new Trek 17 miles the next day, I realized it probably wasn’t the right fit for me. When I went back in, Jason took the time to listen and help me choose a Jamis instead, which turned out to be a much better fit for what I wanted.
I also really appreciated that Jason moved all of my accessories—my cell phone holder, bell, and thermos holder—to the new bike for me. That kind of extra service means a lot. Overall, I like that Scheller’s doesn’t just sell bikes—they help you find the right bike and make sure you leave confident and ready to ride.

I brought my bikes in and your sales guy was happy to take my money but did not help me out the door with my bikes. I’m 62 and a lady and he didn’t even ask if I needed help. That is why I gave a zero because of the service.
They had various samples of equipment at various price points to look at in their store. Delivered and when I called with an issue a very nice man found my solution promptly and fully helped me. FYI It was not mechanical, but it was me not being strong enough. Thanks
I purchased a bike approximately 10 years ago (hybrid trek) and it was sold with a lifetime annual tune up (free). I have received this free tune up annually until November 2025, when I was told it (basically) isn’t a tune up, but an inspection, and that I had to pay for an actual tune up (which I did).
Friendly knowledgeable timely service on my wife's Schwinn 10-speed bike not purchased there.
My salesman Carl was very patient with me. He listened to what I wanted and needed in a new bike then showed me several options including some less expensive models then up to more premium options. He wasn’t pushy and really tried to make sure my new bike fit me and my needs. I rode my new bike on the Legacy trail for the first ride and it made a 9 minute improvement over the same route from my old bike. Thanks Carl!

What I noticed about showers in Midtown when you walk in the door, they actually acknowledge you. That’s a plus thank you
