I had a steering issue after a bicycle accident and John was able to repair it the day I brought it in. They try to help the customer whenever they can.
Honesty
Back wheel fell off. After i test rode it Getting it out of the truck. Now gotta load it back up drive 100 miles one way tomorrow ( Monday). I get it put on. Not happy customer after paying 370$
