Very robust and easy to use.
The bike repair service was excellent, Carl tried to do a quick brake adjustment while I waited but it turned out it required more than an adjustment, the bike was ready for pickup the next day - a very professional and knowledgeable service team
The staff is incredibly helpful and courteous! I was going to drop my bike off and try and get it back sometime the following week and they said they could fix it while I wait! Awesome experience! Great price as well. I will always use Scheller’s!

Bought 2 Townie e-bikes and love them. Andy was great helping us decide which bike was best for our needs. This is 3rd bike I’ve bought from Scheller’s.

I needed an urgent repair with only 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday (for grandson's birthday on Sunday) Not only did Jessie agree to make the requested repair but also did other adjustments the bike needed. The staff all were very kind and understanding of the need. Jessie had great knowledge and was able to get the needed repair completed within the available 15 minutes AND at an exceptionally reasonable price. How great! I would never go to any cycling business but Scheller's!

Getting updates about my online order was like pulling teeth.
Overall, I felt like my business was not appreciated.
For the future, I think what would help is better trained staff that show a little enthusiasm for what they do. Maybe they should offer to place an order of something isn't in stock. Perhaps they should help in the selection of the right equipment. Maybe help people feel welcome and appreciated.
In regards to me and my order. I think I've had enough. I just want my order and to carry on with my life.

Prices are reasonable. Fixed the kick stand, replaced the cassette and adjusted the derailer and my bike is running great.
Schellers went above and beyond to find an AC Adapter for my 12 year old carido equipment. They were a real pleasure to work with.
I walked in out of the blue yesterday and needed help replacing a saddle and instruction on tire inflation. The gentleman who helped me was fantastic. Walked me through picking a good saddle and how to install it. He also walked me through the inflation process for my tires. Super helpful. He even offered to install the saddle if I had any trouble. I love the personal service the store provides. Thank you!
