After paying $199 upfront I expected a knowledgeable service person.He had to call the shop to ask what to check. Treadmill was running unevenly with a grinding noise coming from the motor area. I asked if he could do any diagnostics. He checked the voltage at the electric outlet! He made a video of the treadmill running unevenly and the noise and told me he would he see if the shop could contact the manufacturer. When I called the following week, he suggested replacing the control panel. Since I didn't think that would cause the noise, I declined and his response was that he thought the problem would work itself out. That is not satisfactory. I have since determined that the problem is a broken spring on one of the motor bushings which I will replace.If you want to make this right, charge me for the call and not for the service.
The sales folks listened very well to my needs and helped me find what I was looking for within my budget.

Staff was very knowledgeable about the treadmills who are looking at. Offered productive and helpful. Answer our questions on picking a specific treadmill. Store well organized. Scheller's has even more equipment and bicycles. Then we even realized. We appreciate Jesse and all of his sound advice on selecting treadmill.

I used your service for a broken treadmill. Dave was our service person. He was professional, timely, and personable. He clearly was technically equipped to evaluate the issue and recommend the proper course of action.
When I spoke with Ian for the first time, he immediately asked if I was familiar with the Octane equipment to verify I was aware of its movement pattern before I spent money on the unit. I appreciated the concern. And when we met at the store, he was very helpful, as well as follow-up by providing owner's manual electronically after the sale (unsolicited, BTW). Great service.
