Friendly staff, quick service.
Nothing really.
Dropped my bike off and was told a it would take couple weeks. It was done in just under that time. just a basic tune up with adjustments and it is riding much better.

I’ve brought a used bike to Scheller’s Fitness & Bicycle a few times, but they really won me over after a recent wreck left my bike in rough shape. Their team knew exactly what it would take to get it fully operational again, had the parts on hand, and turned it around the very next day—all at an incredibly reasonable price. Clear communication, solid workmanship, and zero upsell—just honest, professional service. If you need a shop that’s quick, competent, and trustworthy, Scheller’s is it.

Good morning. I think the biggest area for opportunity is to teach the team to listen. Jesse was very good. I'm a fractional COO and deal with small to medium-sized businesses, leadership and communication. I contemplated sending a review, the first two gentlemen just jumped in assuming they knew what we were there for, I know with as many customers you all deal with it gets repetive and its easy to just start going through the motions. My biggest feedback would be to just slow down and listen to your clients. Seek to understand what they are there for before just jumping to a solution. Take care guys.

Quality Product, Service and Sales. Every product, with intense usage, will eventually require service. It won't fail...but does require that occasional 'tune-up'. Scheller's has the Team and Staff that operate timely, safely, professionally...and communicates every step of the way.
