Thorough job w annual maintenance with a very reasonable fee for a repair
Greg was an awesome sales person. He was never pushy and he was very relaxed and helpful. Answered all my questions thoroughly and took time with me on the test rides between sizes. The man who waited on us was so patient. My 11 year old grandson talked his ear off and he patiently answered all of his cycling questions, including those about various races and racers he had watched. He took time to explain the various bikes and choose the best helmet for him.

You had what I needed and friendly customer service
I needed a bike pump for my inexpensive beach cruiser bicycle that my brother gave me because his daughter did not use it. I called Scheller's in St. Matthews and spoke to John. He was so helpful on the phone, told me what they had in inventory so I took the ride over and bought the pump. Very pleasant experience and the store looked interesting with lots of different fitness equipment, bicycles as well as a place where they fix equipment. Full service store.
When I got home, the pump worked on one tire but I could not get it to work on the other. It felt blocked. I called Scheller's and John answered and told me exactly what to do and I followed his instructions, got both tires filled and took my bike for a ride!
That evening, I got a call from a number I did recognize and it was John, who was following up on the pump issue I called him about!
I am beyond impressed with the level of customer service I received for only buying a bike pump. They have a range of equipment from expensive to not so expensive, and my sale was not that significant, but John said that they like to follow up with all their customers.

Friendliness, quality brands (TREX) and accessories. Kieth in Clarksville is my main man and has served me for eight years. Ian is always engaging. Marcus the wrench; always attentive. I’ve been mostly out of state four years and they always welcome me like family when I return for visits.
Everyone was knowledgeable and kind. Service was quick. We got our bikes back prior to what they told us.
Price was fair. Bikes are fixed correctly haven’t had any problems since.
