I went to Shelbyville Rd store and they had no 10” tricycle inner tubes, but offered to call the other Scheller’s locations. The tubes were located at Preston store. Have directions, held for me to pick up, and all went well. Three inner tubes on two tricycles the day before Easter!! The kids were happy!
We always take our bikes to Scheller’s for repairs and they always deliver great service at a reasonable price.
We arrived looking for a quality recumbant exercise bike and Josh was very helpful in guiding us through the selection process. He was obviously knowledgeable and experienced, which gave us confidence. He was quick to pick up on our needs and didn't mislead us or waste our time.
Also, the delivery team was professional and efficient in coordinating their arrivale and delivery... and setting up the machine, of course. I can't imagine a more pleasant experience.
John and Kay are so friendly and helpful. They took great care of me.
Friendly staff were willing to help get my bikes serviced before my scheduled trip despite their busy season. They even helped me unload and load my bikes onto my rack and called to ask my permission before making any repairs beyond the routine service. I’ve always trusted them with my bikes and will continue to come back with all my biking needs.
