Friendly knowledgeable staff, and they did a great job.
Very happy with the service and repair to my bike
I was able to walk in and get greeted immediately by Jeff who was helpful in finding the right pedals for my bike and a water-bottle, key holder for the handle bars. I only wish I'd had my bike to have them installed. I live in IN and will have to take the bike to Clarksville, IN Schellers to do it. All in all, a fantastic shopping experience.

Great job by one of my favorite bike stores! A major issue with my road bike was addressed logically and completed perfectly. It took some time but the Service department, led by Evan, kept me updated on diagnosis, options, and progress throughout the job. Highly recommend this store!

Marcus was really helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately he was off the day I came to pick up the bike. This is my first ebike purchase. I know nothing .about ebikes. The gentleman that was there gave me a quick overview and sold me gloves and helmet then I was off. I got home and opened the box with the charger and found a set of keys. To what I'm not sure.

Actually I got myself confused and dropped my cycle off at the wrong location to have a rivnut fixed. The told me no problem, we will take care of it. Expected to get it back the next day, nope same day service. I can’t explain how much that meant to me. I use my bike for commute and ride roughly 150 miles a week. Thank you all so much and yes I highly recommend you all at all locations. Utmost professionalism and fast and friendly service! Definitely a loyal and repeat customer! Best Regards, Richard

The issue with my bike was not fixed with this visit and it was quite obvious the technician had not spent enough time with the bike to really diagnose and solve the problem.
I had described the issue I was experiencing with my bike thoroughly when I brought the bike in. The technicians took notes and I left the bike at the shop for a week. Some expensive parts were replaced and I picked up my bike a week later. As soon as I started my 1st ride the next morning it was very obvious the issue had not been fixed, and was a big detriment on my ride.
As soon as I finished my ride I returned to the shop and asked for the manager. The technician and the manager both took rides on the bike and agreed there was still a big problem.
I am now waiting for another part to be ordered and delivered so the real problem can be fixed. The manager is good and trying to make it right. However, the technician and the manager should have spent just a little more time with the bike to diagnose and fix the problem the FIRST time. We shall see if the third trip (and probably having to leave my bike at the shop again and a 4th trip to pick it up) will actually get the repair my bike needed taken care of.
