Exactly what you look for in a local shop. I work nearby. I see all of the guys working on bikes or next door supporting Old Pine, the local coffee shop. Started a chat about a bike for my kid, plenty of tire kicking but Mark and crew always helped. Finally brought my kid in, found a great bike that fit, guys made it a great experience for him and his little bro. Good dudes, great service. Happy to have them close by.

Good selection of generally popular bikes and sizes. The product lines are tops. The store is a very friendly presentation. Staff is very friendly and don't push sales Just the right amount. As in any bike store, accessories are very expensive but that's the profit margin. I understand.
My experience at the bella vista location was phenomenal. My issue was clearly listened to and was also resolved with no major replacement parts needed (others had suggested needing cassette and chain). this is now my shop of choice.
Service was great. I had taken my bike to a different shop to get the derailer adjusted and it still didn’t shift properly. Ezra got it dialed in quickly and took it for a test ride to validate.

The variety of quality bicycles for both children and adults can't be beat. The help we received in choosing a bicycle for my eleven-year-old granddaughter was great. Miles went out of his way to make sure we all left happy with the new bike.
We rented bikes and it was so easy and fun to take them out for a few hours!
Everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. They made it a point to educate me about my bike so that I can be a better informed cyclist. I will say that the notification system didn't work and I wasn't aware my bike was ready until I called in.
Since I have 3 Trek roadbikes and 1 Trek mountain bike, I tend to buy Trek accessories for my bikes. The staff are always eager to assist me with my needs.
