The staff listened to my description of what kind of riding I was interested in doing and recommended a bike. There was no pressure. I was able to test ride that bike, and based on the staff's description of a similar bike, I ordered the similar bike. There was still no pressure. And when it arrived, I was free to confirm that indeed the bike was a fit for me. The staff patiently adjusted the bike to ensure a good fit for my frame, and I am very happy with my purchase.
