I called 12 minutes before closing time about getting a bike trailer so my 2 year old could go riding with me. The staff member stayed after closing time to make sure the trailer was safe for my daughter to ride in. My daughter and I went on an hour long ride later that evening and she loved every second of it. So thank you Phat Tire Tulsa Midtown for that precious core memory I now have with my daughter.
i'm not a sophisticated or hardcore biker but the staff always takes the time to explain everything to me and point out considerations that I may have overlooked. Miles and Mark were exceptionally helpful with this purchase. Will always return to Phat Tire!

Fantastic group of employees. Everyone has been wonderful as we’ve popped in for purchases and repairs. Best shop in town and they’ve been busy everytime we’ve been in. Repairs were done quickly and very professionally.
The staff is unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable! I am just getting started as a cyclist and the team was very attentive to my questions, help me set up my bike correctly, and have provided on going support any time I need. I will be doing a lot more business with them!

The shop in Roger’s is very nice, lots of the latest products and the service is great. I’m on vacation and not familiar with the area and the guys shared info about the local trail system. Will be back to buy more goodies! Bravo!!! 10 stars from me.
