Ryan and team take care of me every time I visit Phat Tire. I own 5 bikes and being them all in to be serviced at Phat Tire. They truly care about making sure your bike is running in tip top shape. I recently purchased a Trek Supercaliber and have confidence if there are any issues they will take care of me with no questions asked.
