Y'all quickly fixed my bike and got me back on the trail in a timely manner. I need a replacement swing arm and Phat Tire helped get me a crash replacement from trek. They also were very quick about getting me the parts needed and installed. They also replaced some other worn or broken components for a great deal and for a very reasonable service rate. Overall, very pleased. Much better than the last bike shop I frequented.

I just got my Marlin 5 Gen 2 bike yesterday at the south tulsa location. I am very proud of my bike, the customer services at the shop was tremendous. I would definitely recommend anybody who wants learn or just wanna get a bike and ride this place is definitely the place to go. Can't wait to come visit again.

I’ve been using Phat Tire for several years now. I’ve bought a Salsa mountain bike and a Trek for Greenway riding. They’ve always done great service work for me and always have time to answer my questions. I’ll not use anyone else or any other brands of bikes. I use the downtown Rogers facility. I appreciate them all!
Came in with a missing part for my bike. They had a spare and gave me the part for free. They were friendly and informative which is why I always choose Phat Tire.
My wife has popped two tubes on her TREK Marlin 7. Both times PHAT tire has fixed them very quickly and has always been great to work with. Dane is the man when it comes to customer service. Will always spend my money at PHAT tire in Norman.
