You have a great shop! The staff were all welcoming and friendly. I came in for a shifting problem and expected to leave my bike and pick it up in a few days. Instead, the tech took a quick look at it, did some " Bike Mechanic Magic", and I was good to go! I realize this does not always happen as many repairs require more time and troubleshooting, but it happened this time and it was great. Also, the lady that assisted me and wrote up my work order was very kind and enjoyable to visit with. It was a short visit but a great overall experience.

They opened right on time, I was waiting. I needed a phone holder and the guy I spoke with was very friendly. He helped me with my seat as well and gave me advice. I ride my ebike everywhere and will eventually get a flat. I will most likely come back at some point for tire liners and new tubes.

I purchased a Kuat Sherpa bike rack and I am very pleased with the product and service provided during both my visits to the store. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I truly felt like a valued customer. And besides making sure I knew how to properly operate my bike rack, I was shown how to navigate my rear camera while the bike rack was in use. I will certainly return for future products/services. Walked into Phat Tire and was immediately impressed by the number of people passing through the store to use a free tire pump or to get free water. After talking with Mike, I ended up buying a new mountain bike which I used today- a Transition Smuggler. Amazing service from Phat Tire (Mike even generously agreed to drop my old bike off at the local donation office). The guys then added a tubeless tire procedure and added pedals. All while I waited. Great service- great product. I would do it all again- First name removed

Mark provided outstanding service once again! I brought a bike in for its break-in service and to have a couple things checked out. He identified and remedied a few loose spikes and corrected a factory defect in the front brake caliper and honored his 24-hour turnaround. I’m so happy I’ve found a local bike shop i can trust.

Phat tire clearly explained the work to be done and reviewed the condition of my bike with me prior to starting any work. They made some recommendations but let me know what was critical and what could wait a year or two. I liked their openness in a friendly, non-pressurized environment. The work was very good and restored my bike to peak performance after it being in storage for nearly 6 years.
