Took our bikes in for some simple repairs. The guy was super helpful and nice, and explained what the fixes were and some areas to watch out for. Wasn’t pushy, but very informative. They fixed it quick while I waited.

Awesome staff. I came in at 6:45 (y'all closed at 7:00 that day). The guy that helped me was super friendly and not rushing me at all. Got two tires which he offered to throw on. Really appreciate all the work you guys do.

I feel like when I come into the store for anything that the staff is listening and attentive. Not only do they listen, I feel like they hear me. It's not just a nod and move on. Thomas always takes time to explain my service to me. He answers any follow up questions I may have. I have also notice a big shift in morale since Adam has become manager. No one seems stressed out, they all look happy to be there.

Martin helped us on Sunday with purchasing a bike rack for our van. I had my two young kids w/ me so it was a little hectic, but he was very patient. I'm really thankful for the kind / compassionate customer service. My husband has been in before with our running stroller and staff was very helpful too. Phat Tire will def. be our go to bike shop!
