Sales team VERY helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Found a hairline crack in the frame of a demo bike I purchased and replaced the entire frame. I would never have known it was there (until it got worse) so I applaud the honesty.

I had a crappy couple hours which resulted in a smashed bike rack, smashed brand new bike, and needed to get fixed up. The manager (who's name now escapes me) was outstanding. They sold me a bike rack, assembled and installed it on my vehicle, let me dispose of my old smashed rack, and offered insight on my smashed bike. I'll shop there every time I go to Bentonville just to support the shop. Great place, well stocked and wonderful service.

I was informed of what needed to be done to my wife's bike to get it back into tip-top shape and was given a time frame as to when the repairs would be completed. The quote given was spot on and they actually contacted me early, letting me know the bike was ready earlier than anticipated. We couldn't be happier!!
I appreciated the welcoming and knowledgeable customer service. I'm closer to being a casual rider than an enthusiast, but the staff didn't make me feel overwhelmed or an outsider like some stores dedicated to a specific hobby might. I also appreciate the fast servicing of my bike and the good communication when I it was ready.
