I have been using your shop and you have always done a great job working on my bike. So when I decided to up grade and buy a new bike your store was the first place I shopped. Told them what I was looking for and they showed me and let me ride one of their rental bikes. The price was competitive and I liked the Verse 3. So I went and looked at some other bikes and decided to come back and buy in Springdale were I had been treated so well before.

Just had gotten in town and my rear brake left me mid trail. Popped in to Phat tire and they fixed the problem on the spot and I was back riding. What a great experience. The tech made my day a little brighter.

We moved last year to this area. We had VERY CAPABLE and talented mechanics that we trusted with our bikes. Coming here it was hard to let others work on our bikes. My wife used them bc her bike wasn’t shifting very well and they adjusted it. Later I brought both bikes in for some tweaks and discovered her chain was run OVER. The jockey pulley bar.? Well they caught it this time and fixed the issue in their defense it can be easily missed
Since moving here we try to visit ALL THE LBS in this area and hope to find a regular mechanic
