I truly cannot remember the last time I received this level of professionalism and customer support. From the moment we walked in we had complete attention and assistance from the very knowledgeable staff. We were allowed to test multiple bikes on the off road trail system literally out their back door, passing by their in-store Java hut. Seth(store owner) was absolutely awesome and even threw down full tire/tape replacement on my mountain bike at a moments notice and ended up partially detailing the bike and truing the rim because it was there. Super easy-going crew, great store layout and location with an insane number of incredibly challenging mtb trails right out the door! There really is no other place to go in the this mountain bike mecca in Bentonville (or really anywhere else imo)!

I brought in a wheel and tire (tubeless) that I had fixed but couldn’t get it to hold more than 20psi or seat the bead properly. Long story short, I needed a new tire. Seth installed a new tire and rim strip and sealant while I waited. I was back riding again right away. Really appreciate the prompt and friendly service! Nice shop.
