Jonathan is an excellent mechanic and communicator! His feedback on your bike is thorough and written via email so you can look back on it.
They had some of the harder to find shifters for an older trike. The person that helped me also showed me what l needed to upgrade my trike to more modern parts.
I have confidence that the repairs they suggest are actually needed. I have been told in the past by other dealers my bike needed work and found out later it was not necessary. Phat tire has great customer service and I trust them.

Great customer service
Stopped by to get a mirror for our new e-bikes. The whole staff was friendly and professional. They offered to go over or new bikes (we bought on-line) to ensure they were set up correctly and safely. Very thorough. Gave us some excellent tips on care and operation. Would definitely recommend the folks at Phat Tire South Tulsa.

Very convenient. Close to my home. Knowledgeable and very helpful staff, at least in Bella Vista. I've stopped by the one in Bentonville as well. Not in the market for a new bike yet, but I'm sure I'll be shopping at Phat Tire for any upgrades, repairs, accessories etc.
I stopped in without an appointment just to check with them about some upgrades to my bike. They spent a considerable amount of time going over what I wanted, and even brought the bike behind the counter, put it on the rack, and basically did a minor tuneup, just to get me out the door. They were very professional and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them and we’ll definitely use them again

Awesome service, knowledgeable employees, always helpful and friendly. Our go to when we need help with our bikes, questions and a nice selection of bike accessories and riding gear. Sidewalk sale was great with several great discounts. Close to home with easy access to the shop right on May Avenue.
