We lost our SRAM shifter pod battery cover (totally random item) on the drive to Bentonville. The service team did not think they had one but as we were starting to walk out of the store, they found one and took the time to come find us and make sure it was the exact one we needed. Great experience and customer service. We will come back Everytime we ride in Bentonville. Thx for having such a random but 100 percent necessary item available so we could keep on riding.
