The attention I received from the staff at the store was exceptional. Being someone who needed a bike to be able to commute to work and not having much knowledge on the subject, they advised me on everything, giving me multiple options. The advice was so good that they even taught me how to change tires or check the bike before leaving.

The employees at Phat Tire are ALWAYS AMAZING!!!!! Mark and Mason were so nice to help me!! I appreciate them both so much!! Mason was so kind and very fast getting my Catrike fitted for me. I was so impressed!!! Mason is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was so happy to be able to get out and ride my trike!! I would recommend Phat Tire to everyone!!

Customer service was great and the site was well equipped. But I did notice the very Trek and Bontrager base. Oklahoma seems full of these brands everywhere I go and was kinda sad to see another store with same/similar stuff. I am a Trek customer so don't get me wrong. It's a good brand but I'd love some variety and options. I needed a new pair gloves. They were in stock in all sizes but all of the winter gloves were Bontrager Plain old black. Same ol stuff. So maybe it's not the store but the manufacturer being boring 🤷🏼
