Every level was exceptional! I've been out of mountain biking for about 20 years and decided to get back into it. So much has change in the technology since then. Steve helped me out and let me try out some bikes to find the appropriate size I needed and to test out some of the latest bike tech. I'm an odd inseam to torso ratio so finding the correct frame size and seat height was crucial. They nailed it! I'm extremely happy with their service and professionalism. Will happily recommend them to anyone for their cycling needs.

Took my triathlon bike in for some repairs and routine maintenance. Everyone there was super friendly and very helpful! They quickly came up with a plan for the service that needed to be done, and kept me updated as they made progress. Everything was done very well and I would definitely recommend them. The icing on the cake is that I got to play ball with "Luna" the shop dog. :)
