I had not been a Phat Tire customer for many years. I stopped in, by chance, just to see what bicycles you had on the floor. I've been shopping for months to replace my fifteen-year-old Roubaix. You had the right model (Domane SL6) and it had the features I considered important: Ultegra mechanical groupset, 700-32c tires with the clearance to go up to a 38, of course the Domane endurance frame, and at the right price. But more importantly, your sales person, David Barnes, was excited about riding, either had, or got, answers to my specific questions ("Threaded bottom bracket right?") and acted like he cared if I was satisfied with my choice. How could I not buy the bike? Congratulations to Phat Tire, and to David for creating the right bicycle shopping experience.

Quotation for services required was transparent and delivered by knowledgeable technician. Time frame for completion was met - explanation of services/repairs was thorough and itemized statement provided. Staff was pleasant, courteous, and very helpful. Bike is in excellent condition, ready to ride.
The exceptional expertise and speed with which you work. I’m very impressed that if a repair takes 30 minutes or less, you do the work immediately. This means a lot because taking my car into the bike shop is not easy, due to the smaller size of my vehicle. Only having to take one trip is huge. Each time I have gone to your shop, which is at least four times, the repair has been great. Makes it easy to trust you are doing a great job. That’s all I care about when it comes to my kids bikes.
Blew the sealing gasket off of a c02 inflator. Luckily the guy's who work here were at the SBC ride Tuesday night and able to sell me another. Appreciate y'all! (Thanks to the gal who loaned me hers, I owe yah a c02!)
