Austin and Dane were so lovely and professional. I bought my E-bike in for servicing and to have a part replaced. They were done on the same day and even shined my bike up. The prices were reasonable and the location was easy to find.

I am visiting from Scottsdale and so I wanted to check out all of the Bentonville bike shops. Phat Tire is by far the friendliest, best stocked and most professional store in town. There is no attitude, only a desire to be sure you have the best riding experience possible. You are in good hands at Phat Tire.
Your new store on Harvard is a nice setup. Did not look like quite as much inventory as the downtown location, but understandable given the economics. Staff is super friendly as always. No complaints. Will be my go to place when I need service or assistance.
I was greeted my Ben as soon as I walked thru the door. He was with another customer so he asked Thomas to help me with some questions and possible bike repairs and tune up for both Trex bikes. Thomas tuned up my purple Trex and switched a few thing along with educating me to the use of my newer bike which I had purchased from your store in Rogers. My older Trex which I call Greenie was left in good had and was to have repairs done. I returned the next day and The gentlemen name who checked me out as I paid for the service was very friendly also. I live in Neosho, MO and travel a lot with my bikes. This Store is my favorite bike shop.
