I don’t know her name but she was so helpful. I needed new clips and had no clue which to buy. She helped me locate the clips I needed, then explained why they were best and how to adjust them. All without making me feel like an idiot and making me feel just as important as a professional cyclist. Incredible customer service! Thank you!

Every time I come to the shop, I get the help I need, whether that is an adjustment to my bike, a product or a service. Corey is so helpful to educate me on the issue at hand and get me what I need. We brought a bike in this week that wasn’t shifting well. Corey adjusted the derailleur and talked to us about keeping the chain better lubricated. He told us the strategy he uses. That was really helpful and we saw an improvement on our next ride.
Dane runs an excellent shop and I'm a big fan of the bikes and services he provides.

All products were displayed nicely, and organized well. This was my first time at this location, and I'll return again whenever I'm in the neighborhood. Friendly service, too.
I went in to have a kickstand put on my wifes' bike and it was a great experience from start to finish. Mason was able to help me fast and was very attentive to what I needed. I also ended up getting a water bottle mount and bottle as well as Mason said it would be no problem to make it work after a different shop said there was not enough room. Super pleased and will be back.
