Amazing staff who are extremely knowledgeable and always so helpful.i just purchased new clip pedals for my road bike and Ezra took the time go over how to clip in and out. He then had me get on my bike to go through the process ne even ride the bike around to make sure I was good. So appreciate Phat Tire!

I went in looking for brakes for my hardtail build and the service dept was very helpful in suggesting brakes for my build. The shimano deore brakes worked out perfect.
I wish you’d carry bike shorts. Otherwise the service is excellent.
