My 2005 purchased Montague MTB was not proper mantained for yrs. Finally bring to the Jax at Irvine. THey did a good job on bringing it back to life. the quality of work is reliable. will be visiting again in the future.
Customer Service very sensitive to my needs. I rode my bike in to purchase the speaker/bell and had only an American Express credit card on me. Though he first said that Jax didn't accept AM EX, because it was all I had and I had cycled there, he took it.

Friendly, helpful staff. Honest and provided me with technical advice, aiding me in my purchase. The staff worked as a team. My sales advisor helped me with additional purchases as my bike was being prepped. This is a sign of outstanding leadership within the company. I had quite the opposite experience at Jenson Bikes in Riverside. They are terrible!!!!! They advertise bikes that they are unable to sell. They cancel orders without notification to buyers. They are unorganized. Poor customer service. No managers to help with order issues. I gave them two chances; each time was the same.
