Jesse serviced my bike and explained very thoroughly everything which was very nice for him to take the time to do that. Then the next day I ended up buying an e-bike he helped me with that as well along with Misty and they both were just very helpful very knowledgeable very kind. Seems like they go above and beyond to help their customers which is wonderful and rare these days.
